How it works

Updated every night
We read the public prices of 14 stores at 8 chains each night. Figures are daily-updated, not real-time, and every page shows when prices were last read.
Like for like only
Only items another chain also sells are compared, matched by barcode, name and size, or a photo check. Every match shows how it was made.
Rivals by letter
Other chains appear as Rival A, Rival B and so on, fixed for your account. Your figures are never shown to another chain either.
Shoppers' prices never change
The dashboard can't touch the prices or A-B-C ratings shoppers see. It shows you where you stand; you decide what to change.

Work the Fix list
Start with the largest red aisle. Each row shows your price, the cheapest rival and the target. Add all sends an aisle to your repricing list at target.

Glance at the playbook
Who is cutting, who is raising, and who moves on which day.

Send the list
Send on WhatsApp or download a CSV for the store team, then mark items done.

Check it worked
Next morning, Fixed this month counts up, This week lists the fixes that landed, and your index moves.

Questions about the dashboard

Which chains do you compare against?

Hi-Lo, PriceSmart, Loshusan, MasterMac, Gibbo Trading, Fedlin, K&M Meats and Sampars: 14 stores at 8 chains. On your pages they appear by letter.

Why is the target not the cheapest rival's price?

Matching the cheapest chain on everything gives margin away. Shoppers only see Hold Off when you are more than 15% over the cheapest rival, so the target sits just under that line. The cheapest rival's price is always shown beside it.

An item says "Not carried" but I stock it.

Open Market index → Basket items, find the item and choose I carry this. Pick your listing if we suggest one, or enter your shelf price. It counts in your figures straight away, marked Reported, and lapses after 30 days unless you report it again. Shoppers and other retailers see it only after we have checked it.

Two items were matched that aren't the same.

Report the wrong match from the item. It leaves your figures straight away while we check it.

Why don't I see all my products?

Only items another chain also sells are compared, using the prices on your website or online store. If something important is missing, email us.

Can my competitors see my dashboard?

No. Your account shows only your own chain. Your repricing list, alerts, watches, key-item changes, dismissed gaps and costs are visible to your account alone.

Can I export the data?

The repricing list, range gaps and the market-index basket download as CSV, the repricing list can be sent on WhatsApp, and PDF report on This week or Market index opens a printable report. For a data feed, contact us.
